Lesson about low hanging fruits.
No dividend yet of any kind since this message from a bit over year ago. And the share price is down -85,49% since then, checked with Siaf calculator.

Just a reminder how the real world and low hanging fruits go together.

Gonna go again for the same fruit?

At these levels, SIAF must be the best buy of our generation. Within a few weeks, we will receive the X-date regarding the Triway distribution. SIAF owns 36.6% of Triway and will distribute 50% of that to SIAFS shareholder.

The minimum value of 50% of SIAFs stake in Triway is USD 70.4m = 150% higher than the current market cap for the entire SIAF. The minimum value is based on the valuation used by Dun and Bradstreet (“D&B”) when they assigned its strongest credit rating, 5A 1, to Triway. The real value of Triway is of course much higher.

My conclusion: If you buy shares in SIAF today, you will most likely be able to sell your shares at a higher price after the X-date and you will get your shares in Triway for free. I have never seen something similar during my whole trading career.
