I thought this was obvious but maybe I should have spoke up earlier. Large float creates smaller spreads and more stable price at this PPS. To me it seems obvious that this is all intentional but what the heck do I know. lower price means lower cost on acquisition. Larger float means smaller spread and trade metrics which means they can count on the pps staying within a general range. Why do this? Because when you are structuring a merger or acquisition it takes months and a stable price keeps things predictable for them. I dont think this is all an accident and I think to dismiss these guys as greedy, stupid and typical pink sheet company or ceo is a distraction. By dismissing these guys as crooks or stupid no one has given any thought to what they are actually doing. This is why when I call IR or even speak with Mr. Umbra and discuss what is being said about him on the boards he not only says he doesnt take it personally he thinks it works towards the companys best interest right now. That always made me scratch my head but then I remembered hes a government guy and making people look over yonder prevents them from looking at whats right in front of them. He knows everyone is going to change their tune. how? why?

I just think to call these guys stupid and crooks stops the conversation and DD right there. Thats why I have always said we need to work together to figure out what company they are merging with. These folks are not stupid and to call them greedy is just ridiculous considering they are barely getting paid anything if at all in some cases. We call them names because we dont understand what they are doing or what the plan is but that doesnt make it true. This sort of thing is just holding all of us back from figuring things out.

JMO folks.
