ESNC...Dropped a bomb w/ an unexpected offering, however directors bought 25% of the shares. Pretty crappy that in their latest cc EnSync said they believe current cash and cash equivalents, cash flow from existing and future projects in backlog and pipeline, and financing available to them, would provide sufficient cash for the next five quarters. Then a couple months later sell 11,334,616 shares of the Company's common stock @ $0.26 a share while the share price traded in the mid $0.30's. Pissed me off enough to sell half my shares at a loss. (Will hold the rest for now). Think there is maybe a good future here, but WTH, this move was pretty slippery. Who knows, maybe it was one slick way to get certain people in at a cheap price before some good news hits, but you never know. The fact directors of the company bought 25% of the offering tells me $0.25, $0.26 may be a floor, but only time will tell...
