With a sample size large enough any outcome is possible. Your sample size has no factual backing in the Canadian market. In theory, probability has no memory. I'm considering all the facts in the case of this one. Having said that and I mentioned before and although i cant quanitify it, I consider this high risk but I'm OK with that. IMO
