Additional Issuance Information: Prior Issued and Outstanding: 3,892,398,303 common shares. However In April of 2018 the Company Novated 1,250,000,000 Common Shares into 125,000 Preferred D Shares. This brought the Issued and Outstanding Total of Common Shares to 2,642,398,303.
