The 2 biggest questions for me:

(1). Why would the Brazilian Government allow Rontan to come out of Reorganization/Bankruptcy with liabilities hanging over their head. The Government even gave Rontan big contracts for new equipment. I just can't see why Brazil wants to see their money leave the country through a law suit. Seems to me liabilities would have been discharged in reorganization.

(2). As I have asked before, are we sure that GDSI truly had the money in place to buy Rontan? Why did the Bolzan's back out after signing the contract? Remember, this was all orchestrated by Sullivan who is a fraudster and a liar.
