Ig... we do know.. This is bad. Diluting at 2 was bad. Diluting now is bad. No secret sauce behind it. They are running low on money. Next week they will announce shelving axal and sp would have crashed anyway. Berlin knew about the deal he was going to announce and took ad vantage. Those are the obvious reasons...imho
