I learned somewhere that quarter report is not required for pink sheet company. I might be wrong.

Since the accounting firm quited, I believe there is less chance to see the Q2 Q3 statements. Once Madam Wang finds a new accounting firm, at least three months are needed before we can see any finance reports.
