I never could fully understand why Megas allowed this to get delisted so easily without a fight in 2009 (considering all that was being done by shareholders and others to fix this, but the more I have found out about him and his lack of characterr, etc, i guess it was part of his plan. It happened so fast and boom, we were delisted, even though so many were communicating with the SEC and Finra and whomever else to get this trading again. But Megas let it die and right there screwed the shareholders big time. that should have been enough right there to discontinue any "cooperation" with him or his new frontman goon ferguson.
