jyvoo, what I wrote and what you quoted is correct. Peter led me to believe the loan was dead or at least at that $100mm amount. What I heard today didn't give me anymore comfort now than what I learned from trusting Solomon / Dan on how close they were last time. So give me a break. He met a banker he said they have the collateral issue resolved. He is optimistic on the loan again. In the PR just a few weeks ago they said they were "commmitted" to financing, that's not optimistic so which is it?

The stock near an all time low, the present management team has virtually destroyed all the value of the Company. You have a scientist in the Company who has spent his entire career in Aquaculture and can't figure out how to grow prawns and has to call in help. You tell me who is more trustworthy?

When they show me actually transactions occurring I will be the first to give them credit, for now I am not holding my breath and looking at the stock price no one else is giving them much credit either.
