Gee, yet another total 100% lie by those thiefs. That's the biggest crock of sh*t I've heard since their last lie .......

"This is what was stated about dilution in 2019."what the company feels comfortable committing to at this time based on overall financial performance is limiting share issuance in 2019 to a maximum 1.5 million for normal corporate incentives."
