No he will buy first on the ask and be willing to pay over .0015 substantially.. there would be no reason to buy at that price when it is being asked lower of the bat he knows many will sell below... it’s a win for him and NSAV and the long time share holders . He potentially could load up on more shares than predicted through the share buy back!
