I recall there was a time when ReclinerTimmy was looking at how much of the shareholders' munny he was/is spending on pizza and pop per quarter, and it made sense for the DataCult to CONsider an acquisition of PIZZA HUT as a cost-saving measure for DCLT.

Butt, sadly, the most ReclinerTimmy was able to offer Yum Brands a total purchase offer of $13.73 he raised in a GoFu Me campaign, and some of the Class B CONvertible Preferred shares. So Yum Brands just laffed at ReclinerTimmy (as every does) and kicked his offer to DaCurb (or to DaKerb for you Brits and Canucks who may be reading this).

Too bad. DCLT shareholders wood have saves TONS on the pizza and pop orders by ReclinerTimmy, AND they wood have had an actual asset for once.

Butt, like everything in ReclinerTimmy's professional life, he fu ... errr ... screwed the pooch and bolloxed everything up.

So now DCLT shareholder-victims are left with a pig in a poke.

ReclinerTimmy's idea for the proposed Pizza Hut acquisition: place the pizzas hott from the ovens into a cooling area right under a bug zapper, so the zapped bugs (those black things on DaPizza below - could be used to raise the protein CONtent on the nutritional disclosures of the pizzas
