No dividend.
They will "arrange" things related to it in Q4, "announce" once again (something) in Q4, and they made it dependent of cash flow so they can bail out.
Just trying to manipulate share price with the POSSIBILITY of a dividend.
These people are the best in scamming, no shame at all.
