VMGI...I have been in stocks that merged or bought out, changed names, split and back trading in the amount of time Sprung has been in charge. All we get is more talk and lower prices on same old VMGI. William did not leave things in that bad a condition or it would have been suspended from trading before Sprung came along. William and VMGI still have shares unless there was some kind of 'Private Placement' done.
