If you read my statement CAREFULLY, I was very specific about what I was referring to and never said anything about confidentiality agreements. The full text is below if you forgot what was sent out. The emphasis is mine.

"Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. There is a lot going on here at Natcore but most of it is confidential and I cannot discuss it. I will try to share as much as I can.

As you know, Dennis was presented with an award at the conference in Hawaii. There was also a presentation.

The prototype presentation was made in conjunction with Arizona State and was well received by several different groups – the room was crowded in anticipation of the presentation and everyone seemed to be very interested. As you may already know, Arizona State is looking to build a solar panel with back contacts and our cell is perfect for integrating into their panel. They are the independent authority trying to integrate our cell into the solar panel they are building as mentioned in our March press release. As stated before, Natcore is the industrial partner with Arizona State University in a SunShot grant awarded to Arizona State University by the U.S. Department of Energy.

The industry is going in two different directions: PERC cells and back contact cells.

We believe the next generation of cells will be back contact and that’s why we had such a good turnout. We are waiting for reactions from the presentation and following up.

We also now think that a lot of the things we thought we would engage Fraunhofer to do can now be done at Arizona State.

I hope this helps a little. We will be able to update everyone as soon as we can release some of the confidential information we are sitting on."
