mark you're absolutely correct and after over 20 years in the securities business I was trained to believe in sec filings because as a banker those were filings that represented the companies that I worked with but after living over 6 years and China and working with Hong-Kong and China authorities in seeing the companies in America and overseas witnessing 1st hand the accounting and the problems with the auditors and the payoffs I realized that what I knew as the US investment banker was wrong and after I spent so much time with Hong-Kong and China side investment banks and private equity firms I got a brand new education on how badly things can really be as a result we did a lot of extra research and obviously we've been correct for yours about this scam of a company. rotten to the core.
