Haha 6 million loan and "other obligations", hoping to be able to pay next summer maybe. BUT they will "start arranging" dividend during Q4 and pay it from cash flow because revitalizing actions will produce it LOLOLOLOL. It's the DIVIDEND POLICY that is not binding they hope to start when the cash flow is ok.
