No misinformation here. THESE FACTS CAN ALL BE VERIFIED.

1. The chart is falling everyday. Anyone can see that.
2. mmex forgot a 20 million dollar major component. Yikes, some experts they are.
3. 6-10 EXTREMELY TOXIC LOANS, hence the dilution. That in itself scare everyone off.
4. Possible REVERSE SPLIT mentioned in the shareholder letter. Never good for a sub sub sub sub penny.
5. More dilution to come, also mentioned in the shatholder letter.
6. NO FINANCING STILL.
7. Several missed deadlines already, yikes.
8. 7 days business days till the financing deadline again and the pps is dropping. Never good news

All these FACTS can be verified concerning mmex. The real obvious factor is the oh so slight rise in pps ( dangling the carrot---then-------wham-----massive dumping.

BTW, how many PR companies have they gone through?
