One should consider why barchart would be claiming a stinky pinky 'STOP' company would be a 'strong' buy. Obviously, an algorithm only, not a human investigator. As such, it's just like any other fake stock prediction source. And it should be ignored, totally.
The only thing you need to know is the financial condition of the company and its business plans. And we know neither about NSAV, nor does 'barchart'...
