no, HSGX would have even met primary endpoint using current FDA guidance and missed the original primary only slightly and only cause microfractures were much stronger than real world expectations. it's much better than microfractures and similar to Vcel MACI, it will be approved, shares are severely underpriced now. read the whole report to have a confirm.
