I think so, yes. The timing is very close, I don't know of any others looking to ipo or uplist, so maybe Nasdaq is also thinking of the PR benefits of participating in the new markets opened by the hemp/farm bill.

Is it possible NASDAQ is waiting for farm bill to pass before they allow CVSI to uplist???
