I just can't get it. Why would you sell at these depressed levels when you know that a dormant company is getting alive (reinstatement and annual list posted a few days ago) and we know the CEO is trying to sell the medical database in which 60 million was invested. In the past 4 years management made $650.000 in loans to the company to stay afloat. Management knows what this company is worth!
My advise: don't sell and wait for news, that's probably coming soon.
