You answered your own question. The program he has is a picture of two smiling faces supposedly part of a happy "protected" family. Probably came up with a chinese deal to make the stock go up a little bit to split the winnings at others expense. Meanwhile the "CEO" gets a nice handsome salary for all the work for the failed program which consists of a single picture. I didn't realize this stuff could be so easy to achieve in a US stock. My fault that I thought thought there better monitoring of buisnesses in the US.
