B-km-p is in dire need of being revoked to stop anyone from hijacking the ticker itself. The company blackout was proven in the courts that it didn't exist as a legitimate ongoing concern but was a fraud front by the convicted felon sandy winick now serving time until 2020+ I believe.

I don't know if that's an old brokerage trying to clear accounts or what.
I certainly wish I could sell the 19 billion preferred that dear old winick gave out to shareholders.

So, to answer your question, the only way for b-k-mp to truly trade again is as a highjacked shell.
