agreed ..the majority of shareholders here would be taking a loss dumping into the 3 bid ..and why do that considering Bates PR'd for the first time in years to let us know management is working toward current status, the restructure is underway, our ownership of India is up to 80% from 55%, and they're finalizing the partnership w/ ImpactPPA

we're just getting started !!
