Sojieboy sorry for taking so long to get back to you, i've been busy running my company so not able to stay always on top of things. So my personal perspective on QMKR and the reverse merger with UBID is a skeptical play with huge potential. I think that UBID was once a NASDAQ traded company that wasn't profitable in the long run and had to take the company private. So wall street most likely said you had your shot and has made it difficult for them to go the traditional way because for whatever reason they did not pan out on their first attempt on the NASDAQ. Here lies the HUGE opportunity with the reverse merger into QMKR. Timeline is always important and not sure on timeline here but I think that they are a profitable private business in a extremely competitive space. Since they are private it is hard to get business numbers on them but they have to be profitable enough that they are considering this merger. QMKR have the shell and people trying to identify a viable company to merge into the shell. They found it in UBID and extended the timeline for whatever reason. They also stated that they are working to complete everything to make it happens. Which lends me to believe that they have something potentially special here and certain things need to be completed on either parties side so they can execute the merger and make it a reality. I think when that announcement comes out they will lay out numbers which will make this a very interesting play.
You also have to take into consideration that UBID was a NASDAQ company at one point and they were trading in the high teens but not sure how high of PPS they got to. So you have to now look at the reality of the share structure of the company and they most likely have good numbers which will not warrant a 1 multiple to trading on PPS. So if anyone out there has annual gross numbers on UBID that will be key in trying to extrapolate a PPS. So if you use hypothetical annual gross sale numbers of; 10 million, 20 million 30 million, 100 million or what ever number that they are doing. The bigger the number the more likely the PPS will trade on a multiple of revenue. You can see that this has incredible potential based on share structure of the company. That being said I do not now what the company actually does in sales and what other businesses they have under the UBID parent company which makes this a very speculative play but one with huge returns once the merger is completed. I think it will not be immediately but the first 2 weeks will be telling and further out from that will be where the bigger gains will be made if you are willing to hold out for that. I am holding a significant position and in other play to try and double that position as this has the potential to have people retire of this play with $30k-$40k into this stock play. However don't play with money you can not tie up in the stock and consider it lost money as if it goes south you will be holding the bag until they are able to execute with a company like UBID.
My biggest challenge when playing in the OTC is that most people do not know how to execute their sell orders and end up putting huge blocks and stop upward momentum by trying to get out in 1 or 2 sell orders. I have seen multiple times runs crash and burns because people get excited and they put there sell orders in as one big block with out looking at the ask. I always try to never be more than 10% of the sell volume. Sometimes its fun to see those big blocks down here and having powder I will take it out in one quick buy. However I am currently out of powder and waiting for other plays to play out as I would like to add another 500k in shares here.
