Greetings gents,

Thank you to all for the information and insight. I jumped in at $.07 (if only I knew) and now have 7 figures average at sub $.005. Hope for the best as I view the downside risk as a fraction of the upside potential.

I do not buy that management will do anything that is not in the best interest of the company and by extension the best interest (financial) of the company management. Am I wrong?

If that is the case I am still unclear on why there will not be billion or two shares issued. Is not that the only option at the end of the debt holders converting? Under what circumstances would there not be a billion or two shares issued?

If those shares are issued would there not have to be a reverse split? If so, how do we protect our existing investment and/or profit from the eventual reverse split?

I was going to buy more stock and have friends and family that have already purchased about 5 million shares over the last couple of months. I am hesitating because of the confusion & uncertainty regarding the above.

I sincerely appreciate any insight or comments offered. I am ready to buy more but don't want to send good money after bad if we are going to get wiped out.

I assume you agree, the fact that the CEO in July said no reverse split is planned for now means nothing and gives him all the legal wiggle room he needs with the regulators.
