GSIH here is my take from today's filing after 1 year silence from reporting.

Old management left us behind, but now new buyer spent almost $1M buying all prefer shares and 7M+ common shares to take over the shell. the new entity merging in will be much bigger than $1M

Just wait for a few more days before we figure out which company is merging into this shell
