OMG there is a status check on 2/26 just like there is a status check scheduled on most every custodianship once the custodianship is granted.

I don't know how to explain this any clearer. The custodianship was granted on 8/28 and they scheduled a normal status check for 2/29. The clerk happened to take a long time getting the minutes of the 8/28 hearing loaded online. The minutes that were uploaded today clearly show the custodianship is granted.
