We are checking again. BUT as of yesterday afternoon there was nothing on PACER AND we talked directly with the Federal Circuit Clerk of Court who also looked at their computerized information and stated that there was no filing (as of Noon September 4th). The mystery continues.

Certainly hope you are right. As Churchill said, this is the not the end, or the beginning of the end; it is the end of the beginning, or something like that.
