MSPC has telegraphed every move since January via the “#”.
With the cancellation of the reverse split, becoming SEC fully reporting, and #NASDAQ I believe we are in for a long fun ride up the money chain!
If an uplist is the next move, and with no reverse split then THERE IS ONLY A BUYBACK AND RETIREMENT OF SHARES left to get the share structure in order.
