Without significant commercial business, MKRS is too much of a one trick pony for any real share price appreciation. If they fell out of bed with the Navy or if DoD money dried up, they'd be out of business. Until they can get substantial business from the commercial sector, they're probably fairly priced as long as the Navy continues to keep them alive. They're working on expanding the commercial applications but progress has been pretty slow. Any significant progress in that realm would begin to move the needle.
