Hey ub, the delay was due to Seeking Alpha's editorial team being slammed with a backlog of articles, so even though I submitted it for publication as of 9 AM or so, it took all day to get reviewed and approved. Definitely disappointing!

Re: payment details I have no idea. I only indicated that I imagine $10 million would be an upper limit for a deal like this one, and even that figure would surprise me pleasantly. We don't have a lot of deals quite like this one to compare to to know what is fair.

$500,000 may well be in the cards, which would be better than nothing!
