Looks like we are dealing with some shorting as well or MM's still looking to cover from last weeks volume and price spike to .01

CSTI bid at .0055 of 1.5M still showing after the close, me things they want to cover there, there was also another 1M on the bid at .005

Again, once dust settles this will move up with or without news
