A OTC sub penny is very easy to manipulate with low volume. Couple a little L2 manipulation with traders and it ='s slow takedown/consolidation.

L2 has been pretty thin on the ask as though. Lets us know more and more longs are accumulating && holding for much higher gains. It's all setting up perfectly imo.

Final approval News on name and symbol change will be the catalyst that begins the "springboard" we need here. Should end the manipulation and Vrooomm we are off
