Where are you getting the info that they are going to the FDA? I will admit if I'm wrong for sure, but I am pretty sure you cant just walk up to the FDA and say "here try this". You have to submit actual drug trials with data. It seems unlikely to me that the FDA would have the manpower to thoroughly test every untested product that comes through its doors. Anyone have anything to prove otherwise?
