IF the company fundamentals/financials are to be trusted… then there is one reason, and one reason only the stock is in the toilet… that is Brian.

Brian’s lack of transparency regarding the sale of the network, lack of information or updates to shareholders on the company…
Brian diluting 28M+ of shares into the OS, after just receiving $150K from Blink, with no explanation of course…
His continued silence on ALL matters, just makes the company look that much worse.

If we’re going to start placing blame… then better be placing it where it belongs! Message board posters are not to blame for Brian’s actions. There are any number of things he could have done since the beginning of the year… to help alleviate concern among investors and/or provide some stability to the PPS… yet he still chooses to ignore us. He has pretty much destroyed any value.
