VMGI...SO, in plain English, did Nick buy VMGI as a worthless shell with nothing but debt but with shareholders and listed ready to go. Or William partnered up with him and came up with some great plans using Nick's money in exchange for a mountain of shares sellable not until next year. CBD business and maybe going forward with GreenRusher film and ?? Google shows suite #150 in Denver occupied by some kind of business services group, like a spam ad biz....several in that building an collection/loan agencies...may be out of date of course. Voice mail when I called two weeks ago and asked that William call me when he has time. nada to date. But, with subbers the best often don't do well and the worst looking do great...because we never really know what is going on behind closed doors. I found that out over many years in this market.
