I agree , it will NEVER END . Unfortunately , I totally expected something to pop up before the deadline for this case to be closed and that it did and I suspect there will be something else that creates another delay shortly before the next deadline arrives and then again and again . I don't know who is behind it all or what their motivation is for not wanting this case to be closed but they have been successful at it and will probably continue to be . Whomever is behind it all obviously knows how to use our court system to their advantage and continue to create these delays . As I had mentioned before , the Trustee attempted to close this case a YEAR ago and here we still sit just waiting to see what will create the next delay in closing this case. It is unfortunate that in our court system of processes and appeals and deadlines that this could continue to go on indefinitely . It is too bad that the judge can't or won't put a stop to the continued nonsense that creates these delays and close out the case .
