Scottrade (former)accounts, TDAmeritrade, Fidelity (usually a-holes when it comes to Pinks /OTC) and 6 other brokers I know of all are trading URBF.

I suspect that Banks that trade stocks are (as usual) not trading because of their conservative (Fraidy-cat) nature.
