On a practical level, nothing.

Most likely REDG/Benny will do nothing, REDG will continue to trade on the grey sheets. I would expect it to finally stop trading at some point.

For anything positive to happen, REDG need to be able to get up-to-date on the SEC filings. This would mean REDG as a good source of profit. I don't see that happening.
