You are absolutely correct. Just curious though on how many times will the financing get delayed before people start to think hmmm, this is a scam? I started questioning it back in January, others have given the 15th and others the end of this month. I wish you the best of luck and hope mmex will get it done. The market just doesn't seem to think so with the current pps.

Also there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of "oilmen" investors that think so either, or jack wouldn't have had to take out multiple upon multiple extremely toxic loans.
Without those toxic loans and a legit plan by a legit company this really should be over a dollar by now even without financing, because the market would trust the legitimacy of the people involved.
