TYPHOON JEBI will be within 500 miles of YSYB providing much needed rain in 12 hours. It's now 92 mph, ( was 207 mph on 8/31/2018 over open ocean but hit higher cold air mountains zapping strength with 135 mph yesterday ) & will subside to 60 mph or so by the time it's within 500 miles of YSYB; which is perfect for curing any lack of precipitation. YSYB's Heilongjiang Province's saturated atmospheric water vapor condensation will bring a deluge of 'SWEET' nitrogen rain to crops; but most likely not over 30 mph winds at most. .

WHIRLWIND WINNER YSYB ( already well is ) >>> WORKING WONDERS!!! >>>>>>>>>
