Yes it all shows right there in Q2 Filings and they have Auired (3) Private Profitable Companys to keep turning more Profits & growing the Company by useing the Preferred shares instead of the Common that only get diluted by the Companys that use Common Shares to lenders that only dump them back into the open Market. September should move GRCV much higher with stronger hands to hold for Q3 and could close on the Coffee and Moxie Companies already discussed in Q2 Quartly Report here.

We recently decided to enter the Television and Motion Picture industries. Toward that end we are in negotiations to acquire MOXIE MOTION PICTURES INC.. (MOXIE) Moxie is currently in development of several world wide release projects. MOXIE focus on "A" list actors and actresses to star in our projects. In Q1 of 2018 We acquired three more private companies: Empire Media Entertainment Group, Galactic Technology and Track Killers Inc.
