Yes they do, and you need 8 sticks of RAM - 8GB or 16G each if you have 2 CPUs.

Don't forget the NVMe cards or drives as well - which are sort of required at that performance level. I have not bought any Optane drives to date, as they are still too small to use as a C:\, and buying several of them are costly, and use up a lot of PCIe slots. I personally like the P4600 Intel SSD series - decent performance, good life expectancy in terms of DWPD, and cost is competitive.
