This roadmap gives us a sneak peek on the time frame of the ICO. IMO, it does not appear that we will be able to exchange to liquidate until some time in 2019. It sounds like the ICO is for obtaining OFCs with your OneCoin. Once OneCoin does go public to EXCHANGE, it appears that this roadmap gives us an idea as to the restrictions that will be implemented (as far as what percentages will be available to us). We are expecting to hear more details BEFORE September 8th.
This is a brilliant plan of Dr. Ruja's...I'm sure she did it in order to maintain the value of OneCoin.
