HIHI CHART & DD: 750M AS, 659M OS, 509M FLOAT

Here is the latest DD:
1. TA Reports a 50 Million Share DECREASE in Outstanding Shares two weeks ago and Pinksheets Confirmed it on the 23rd of August.
2. Q2 was released 2 weeks ago and shows a MAJOR IMPROVEMENT IN NET PROFIT which went from a -$140K (roughly) to OVER + $800K!!!
PLUS Q2 indicates that the Company MUST get the share price UP to a certain level and OS DOWN to a certain level in order to obtain the 3.3 Million in Funding and it seems they are doing that now with OS reductions and forthcoming NEWS!

3. A couple weeks BEFORE the Q2 HIHI REDUCED it's DEBT by 1.3 Million Dollars which ALMOST eliminated all debt and DID eliminate all Convertibel Debt!
4. Recent PR's indicate the Company has verbally secured 3.3 Million in Conventional Funding for their Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions that are planned to take place this Q and next.

5. Further OS REDUCTIONS are expected and NEWS is as well. In past PR the Company DID mention a SHARE BUYBACK PLAN AS WELL!
