Informative post on BLUU, AAPH and NV courts.

I am expecting this week on Thursday/Friday or Next Wednesday-Friday an update from Department 29 of Clark County Courts on BLUU ticker and subsequently and hopefully an update on AAPH.

The backlog is real and the delay in online filing is also real remember that - we had to re-adjust our time table due to this but the general steps are the same just with some delays.

BLUU = Case No. A-18-776809-C

AAPH = Case No. A-18-776589-C

Everything I Say is verifiable and available to you via public information. I am trying to teach you all to be better informed traders- anyways

BLUU

The update from the Court will be a "Default" on the affidavit of service lawyer Jay A. Shafer sent to the Registered Agent in Nevada for Blue Water Restaurant Group Inc. The Default will allow us to take over BLUU in the follow up proceeding if they do not contest it --- BLUU owners are avoiding older debts/notes IMO so they wont show up; most if not all of that debt will not come with us that is why BLUU is a really interesting play at these prices. The Affidavit of Service was on 08/03 (Friday) saying what we intend to do with the company if there is no contest from the prior "owners". I believe that the Court proceedings and filings were done on the following Monday 08/06 or most probable on Wednesday 08/08 (if courts were open which I think they were); as it happened in AAPH. Initial proceedings, petitions and filings happen on Monday usually and the follow up dates on Wednesdays.

Check Clark Court Court Website and each Department with their meetings days and times. All the information is available to you. For example from their website, "Department 29 hears all Civil matters on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m."

Now let us look at AAPH to study the process

Step 1. Complaint
Step 2. Initial Appearance + Initial Summons Issues OR just Initial Summons if paid for and filed electronically sometimes can avoid in person appearance.
Step 3. Affidavit of Service
Step 4. Default (or contested)
Step 5. Court date for court decision OR a follow up to a special session to further look at details of the deal to please the court and then a decision date.

AAPH is current in default to the motion against them which is good for us in this particular case. The next catalyst is the awarding of the company and the RM process now that custodianship play is "completed with out contest".

BLUU is experiencing extra delay or extra duration of time between Affidavit of Service to Default. This is what is causing some stress among holders of the stock. AAPH is probably going to go to another follow up session which may also make some traders nervous.

AAPH is waiting for its second Major Run before it becomes a "new" company with the courts approval handing over the ticker to Hybrid Titan Management (William Alessi).

BLUU is waiting for its first minor run, (Affidavit and confirmation) then second run the major one will be similar to AAPH to LDSR and others.

ALL TICKERS ARE DIFFERENT remember that SS, debts, players, RM candidates etc

---

Any Questions where we are at and what we are waiting for?

Understand the risk here as we are 100% slaves to the courts and what they decide at this point.
