This is very misleading. The preferred series x has the potential for 1.5million a year but in order for that to happen they need to issue all 30 million shares.

Last update as recent as 6/26/2018 shows only 3,516,877 total preferred x issued and outstanding. This equates to approx $176k in annual dividends.

Can you help explain why the series x is giving 1.5 million in dividends a year versus the $176k
